Governing boards today have a tremendous responsibility. They are legal fiduciaries of an organization and thus must assure that the organization is fulfilling its mission, handling funds appropriately, meeting a vast array of legal and government requirements and provide over site of management. Sensor & Associates can lead an assessment of board effectiveness at an individual level and the board as a group. From this insight, a development/recruitment plan will be created with the goal of measurably raising the board’s performance.
